Returns/cancellation of order

If you wish to cancel an order, it must be cancelled before the item has shipped. Once an item is out for shipment, I will no longer accept cancellations or returns.

I package and ship everything with safety of the product in mind, shipping anything can become expensive and wasteful. I will reuse cardboard and paper packaging materials that can be easily recycled or composted when possible. Once an order is confirmed, I will have the product out for shipment within 5-7 business days, but if more time is needed you will be notified through email. 

All paintings ship insured. If any damage does occur while in transit, please take thorough photos of the damage to the painting as well as the packaging (a minimum of 5 for each). Insurance cannot be collected without thorough evidence. Once the damage is assessed, it will be at the artists discretion whether a replacement can be issued.

Note: some original paintings that are larger in size may need to be shipped rolled, and then taken to a canvas shop to be stretched back onto new bars. This is due to the high cost of shipping for such large pieces. If this process is required it will be stated under the listed product.
