Commissioning process
The Process Rundown
Once you contact me through the Comissions form below, we can begin discussing your own special painting. Within 3-5 business days I will get back to you so that we can move forward.
Once a painting is approved, I will require a nonrefundable deposit of half the agreed upon amount prior to the start of the commission. The other half will be paid before shipping the final product, during the set up, you can be as involved as you desire; I offer zoom meetings for budget discussions and idea creation.
Starting the Commission
From brush to canvas
Once the final sketch is approved and deposit is received, I will begin the painting process. This portion of the commission can vary depending on the canvas size and the complexity of the composition (or if any additional materials need to be acquired).
Paintings typically take 3-6 weeks to complete and dry, I can send you as many updates on your commission as you would prefer. Once the painting is complete and the final payment is received, we will move onto shipping.
Shipping the Commission
From me to you
Once the remaining payment is received, the commission will be on its way within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number. If the product is damaged during the transit, please reach out to me with a minimum of 5 thorough pictures of the damaged packaging and painting. These shipments are insured and a refund will be issued upon completion of the insurance claim.
