Terms & Conditions

Please note that I am one person running this business and I do everything myself. From photos, emails, packaging, shipping, and of course painting, so please be kind and patient. Rude and unprofessional behaviours will NOT be tolerated. 

Note: the actual color of any original painting, paper print, or aluminium print may vary due to computer/phone screen and browser.

When purchasing, allow for up to 3-5 business days for me to get your purchase into the mail.

For shipping, I only ship to the USA. Please note that I am not liable for any damage that occurs during transit, all outgoing products will be insured through the shipping company. For any claims of damaged goods on arrival, please email me a minimum of 5 thorough photos of the damaged package and product. A claim will be filed within 5-7 business days and any insurance pay out will be provided by the shipping company.   

Returns/cancellation of order: If you wish to cancel an order, it must be cancelled before the item has shipped. Once an item is out for shipment, I will no longer accept cancellations or returns.
